RETURN AND REPLACEMENT


RETURN

  • ABC Tech will only accept item returns with the following conditions:

    • Item purchased should be in its original package which has not been opened or used.

    • Item purchased should be in good running condition.

    • Along with the item purchased, Official Receipt and Sales Invoice should be presented.

  • Cash Refund is not allowed. A credit note which is valid on the same day will be issued for the returned product. Customer should pick an item of same price value, if he picks a lower price he needs to consume the remaining amount on other products; Customer should pay the excess amount if the item’s price is higher.

  • The company reserves the rights to decline any returns after deemed necessary.



REPLACEMENT

REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

    • Damages due to misuse of the product

    • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

    • Any consumable item which has been used or installed

    • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

    • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

    • N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on ABC Tech



CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our warehouse/store. ABC Tech has the authority to cancel any order within 25 working days upon placed orders if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.

If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

  • In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1 - 15 working days.

  • After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, ABC Tech will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

  • If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred. If you refuse the order or you want to change it due to preference, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
